Company Director and Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor, Angela Blakesley, has over 18 years of experience in the industry and over 6 years’ experience working within the specialist Buy to Let sector, she was recognised and awarded at The British Specialist Lending Awards 2019 in the category Broker for Complex Buy to Let.

Throughout her years of experience in buy to let she has also maintained her expertise in residential mortgages, helping her regular clients (many of whom have become friends!), plus their friends and family, with their home mortgages.     An initial chat – talk through your current circumstances and what you’re looking to achieve. We are fully flexible and because we know your time is precious, we can chat outside of usual office hours at a time that works for you. This is a no obligation chat, our advisors are friendly and super knowledgeable. Feel free to ask as many questions as you go along. We are happy to speak with you as many times as you need before you move forward with your plans.

    Step Two

    Our recommendation – we will use our experience and knowledge of the different lenders and their criteria to recommend the best mortgage deal tailored to your current circumstances. Whether this is for your home, a single buy to let mortgage or a full buy to let portfolio we understand how important it is to secure the right finance and here we do the hard work for you, using our expertise and connections to source the terms most suited to your needs. We will present our advice to you, and you will receive a personal mortgage illustration with all the figures to digest in your own time.

    Step Three

    Secure your mortgage – can you imagine having a personal assistant specifically for your property finance…that’s us! We work for you!  Provided you are happy with our recommendation, we will prepare your application. All lenders have different requirements and criteria, and we know these requirements and which documents and details are important to each lender, so we aim to ensure a smooth process. We will work with the lender on your behalf and strive to secure your mortgage offer.

    Step Four

    Our work for you doesn’t end there. Once your mortgage offer is issued by the lender we will stay in touch with both you and your solicitor through to completion. We will also offer a full review of your insurance and protection needs. Some insurances are required by the mortgage lender, but there are a whole host of different policies you can consider which we can guide you through. Over the lifetime of your mortgage we will keep in touch with regular reviews of your mortgage and protection products.
